Cricut, Glue & Ideas guarantees an original product with every order. Each piece is assembled and individually glued by hand.
Damages and issues
What happens if my product is broken or some part is detached?
Cricut, Glue & Ideas's cards have a variety of gluing techniques. Some come built with very small parts. Cricut, Glue & Ideas is committed to checking each piece of your product before it is shipped out.
Cricut, Glue & Ideas is happy to receive returns. If notice of damaged or defective card(s) is received within 24 hours of receiving the product (based on USPS tracking information), a full refund (including return shipping), exchange (card of equal or lesser value) or site credit will be given.
If notice of damaged or defective card(s) is received after 24 hours of receiving the product (based on USPS tracking information), customer must pay for return shipping for the original product(s) and has the option of exchanging for another card (of equal or lesser value, plus shipping cost) or site credit (value of card(s) being returned).
What happens if my product broke or a piece came off after 24 hours?
Cricut, Glue & Ideas is happy to receive returns exchanges or credit on our online shop if your product was damaged or defective if notice is received at 24 hours more of receiving the product (based on USPS tracking information). minus shipping cost.
What happens if I do not like my product ?
Cricut, Glue & Ideas is happy to receive returns full refund on 24 hours less. Please note that the product you are returning must be returned within 10 days and returned in good conditions. Failure to return the product in an unused conditions will forfeit a refund.

Cricut, Glue & Ideas reviews every order placed on cricutglueideas.com or email to ensure that every order is correct.
We try our best to be promt and punctual in shipping your order. With that being said, please allow a 48-72 hour processing time before items are shipped. We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
Shipping: via USPS, standard delivery, tracking number provided at customer's request.
We are not responsible for any delays, issues, losses, or other incidents on behalf of USPS.
Free shipping with a minimum sale of $10.00 using our promo code "Top10". If less than $10.00, the delivery charge will be $1.50.
What happens if I forget the promo code for free delivery?
Cricut, Glue & Ideas has a promo code at the end of your process payment. It is not our responsibility to give money back if the client forgets to write the promo code.
We mention the promo code at the beginning of your payment process as well as at the end.
What if I live in Fort Kent?
Local deliveries in the Fort Kent area, Zip Code 04743/04744, are free with minimum purchase of $5. Please order with 24 hours in advanced. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Cricut, Glue & Ideas (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation, weather and bank systems).
